BRIGHTENING SERUM (Mandelic Acid and Tremella) 

Shake bottle and apply 1-2 pumps on cleansed face, neck and décolleté. This can be applied as a stand-alone product in the evening or if you wait 10 minutes, you can add moisturizer atop as desired. 

This is a professional-strength brightening and pore refinement serum-balanced with humectants for smoother and healthier-looking skin. The combination is designed to assist in skin dullness, uneven tone, rough texture, and congested pores.

-Use sunscreen when in direct sun as the skin may be more sensitive from the increased exfoliation. 

-Do not layer with Copper Peptide Serum. The acids will reduce effectiveness of sensitive peptides. It is best to alternate evenings or apply at different times of day when using both. 

-Exfoliating acids will turn over skin cells quicker which may cause a temporary "purging" of skin cells and pre-existing congested pores could present quicker and at the same time. This will usually clear on its own with continued gently cleansing and light exfoliation. If irritation occurs discontinue immediately. 

Hydroxy Acids

Mandelic Acid- Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), derived from bitter almonds. AHA'a are water-soluble acids and work to loosen bonds among dead skin cells, moving old cells from the skin's surface quicker. Mandelic acid has a unique large molecular size which penetrates the skin more slowly. The gradual absorption helps reduce irritation which can be common in acids, while still offering great exfoliating benefits. 

Liposomal Salicylic Acid- Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA). BHA's are oil-soluble and can dissolve in sebum, meaning they can readily travel into the pore itself. Encapsulating salicylic acid in liposomes allows it to be released more gradually, helping maximize effectiveness while reducing the potential for irritation. This modern delivery system makes it a more elegant choice that traditional salicylic acid. 

Gluconolactone- Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA's), PHA's are considered the next generation of hydroxy acids. A water-soluble acid with large molecular size, it penetrates slowly, similarly to Mandelic Acid. PHA's unique difference is that they also function as a humectant, helping attract and retain moisture while supporting the skin barrier. 

Brightening Serum combines three complementary classes of exfoliating acids-AHA, BHA, and PHA-to renew the skin at multiple levels. Surface-refining mandelic acid, pore-clearing liposomal salicylic acid, and barrier-supportive gluconolactone, work together to brighten uneven tone, improve texture and reduce congestion while helping maintain hydration and skin comfort. These three exfoliating technologies create a balanced exfoliating system to address many skin goals at all ages.
